Error correction allows QR codes to be scanned even if partially damaged or obscured. Low (L) recovers ~7%, Medium (M) ~15%, Quartile (Q) ~25%, High (H) ~30%. Higher levels make the QR code denser but more reliable — use H if adding a logo overlay.
